Kitchen Creations Sold to Lynx Equity

After spending 23 years building his Fredericton business from the ground up, Andy Bubar, owner of Kitchen Creations Inc. began to think about succession planning. Bubar, who is hoping to retire in the coming years was approached by Toronto-based Lynx Equity, a company specializing in the acquisition of small and medium–sized businesses whose owners are looking to retire.
