Toronto, Ontario / B.C., Canada – Lynx Equity Limited (“Lynx”) is pleased to announce the acquisition of a leading HVAC contractor, Valley Plumbing & Heating (“the Company”), based in British Columbia. Valley Plumbing & Heating offers full-scope mechanical services encompassing HVAC and plumbing, with a primary focus on residential multifamily developments and a well-established presence in the commercial sector. Recognized for its quality execution and responsive service, the Company manages all mechanical aspects of its projects in-house.

Drawing on more than 40 years in the industry, Valley Plumbing & Heating has built strong relationships with general contractors and builders across the region. The HVAC sector benefits from multifamily demand and government initiatives focused on energy-efficient solutions, providing a strong foundation for stability.
