A Facebook Preferred Marketing Developer changed hands late last week, as Majestic Media, which is based in Toronto, announced that it was acquired by Toronto-based private-equity firm Lynx Equity. Terms were not disclosed. Majestic Media was founded in 2008 by Managing Director Mario Zelaya, who said in a press release announcing the transaction: I couldn’t imagine a better fit for us than Lynx. Its team and vision is perfectly aligned with how I imagined Majestic growing over the next five years.
