The Lynx Equity 2025 Presidents’ Meeting was recently held in Toronto, bringing together leaders from across Lynx’s global family of companies. It was an invaluable opportunity to meet in person, many for the first time, and to exchange ideas on building resilient, scalable businesses in an evolving marketplace.
Building Stronger Businesses, Together
The agenda centred on a single theme: Building Resilient and Scalable Companies. Over three days, attendees explored and shared practical ways to strengthen their organizations, adapt to change, and unlock new opportunities for growth.
Highlights included:
• A keynote by Jason Gardner (Echelon Front) on applying battlefield leadership principles to business.
• A fireside chat with Jordan Banks and Brad Nathan, sharing insights on sustaining entrepreneurial drive through growth and transition.
• A session with Ben Wise and Darren Chiu (Captivate) exploring the psychology behind managing change.
• Interactive breakout sessions, operating-system exercises, and leadership panels focused on management styles as well as managing through constant change.
A Forum for Growth and Alignment
Beyond the sessions, the Presidents’ Meeting offered something even more valuable: connection. Leaders had the opportunity to learn from one another, exchanging lessons, sharing strategies, and discovering ways to support one another across the Lynx network.
For the presidents of our subsidiaries, Lynx employees, and special guests, the event reinforced what continues to set Lynx apart—an unwavering commitment to partnership, resilience, entrepreneurship, and integrity.
As we carry these insights forward, Lynx remains focused on building businesses that last by empowering the leaders who know them best. Recognizing that our presidents are the experts in their operations is foundational to the Lynx model. Our role is to provide the tools, resources, and support that help them scale, find efficiencies, and create synergies across the broader Lynx family—without changing what made their businesses exceptional in the first place.
Thank you to everyone who made this event possible, and to all the leaders across our businesses. Lynx wouldn’t be what it is today without your hard work, dedication, and commitment to growth. We’re grateful to everyone who took time out of their busy schedules to engage in thoughtful discussions about collaboration, strategy, and the bigger picture of our shared vision.
