Lynx Equity subsidiary, Intermountain Total Facility Management, acquires another local competitor

Toronto, ON /Salt Lake City, UT – September 28, 2016 – Lynx Equity is excited to announce that its subsidiary, Intermountain Total Facility Management, has acquired a local competitor, Salt Lake City, UT’s Professional Cleaning Services. The business provides janitorial services to commercial buildings throughout the region, and has been extremely successful at building a strong customer base in a short period of time. This commitment to customer service will be an strong asset to Intermountain as it continues to grow its janitorial division.  Professional Cleaning Services’ president will remain on for the foreseeable future and share his strong supervisory and management skills with the Intermountain team.In April of this year, Intermountain announced the acquisition of another local competitor further bolstering growth in its handyman division, an area of focus added to Intermountain’s service offering in 2013. This had been its fastest growing line of business since then and the acquisition has allowed for continued growth, while bringing on additional experienced employees who have supported Intermountain’s increased customer base. The same is expected with the addition of Professional Cleaning Services.Both acquisitions give Intermountain a larger footprint in Salt Lake City, a market they entered only in 2013. Both also provide significant, untapped growth opportunities for one of Lynx’s latest acquisitions and the entire team couldn’t be more pleased.
