Brad Nathan is President of Lynx Equity Limited. As President, Brad works with the Lynx management team to define strategy and goals. His responsibilities include negotiating and overseeing acquisition transactions, operations and capital sourcing. After receiving his Chartered Accounting designation, he practiced accounting at Price Waterhouse and later at Grant Thornton in Toronto. He later served as Vice-President of merchant banking at Rothschild Canada Limited. He served on the Board of Directors of the Toronto Wildlife Centre for many years and continues to support wildlife related organizations.

Joanna serves as Chief Financial Officer of Lynx Equity, overseeing all finance and administrative functions across the firm and its subsidiaries. Her responsibilities include financial planning and strategy, reporting and compliance, cash flow and capital management, and accounting operations. She also plays a central role in portfolio bank financing and capital structure strategy and is actively involved in the integration and operational alignment of portfolio companies. With over 25 years of experience in finance and business, Joanna has held roles at Arthur Andersen Business Consulting, 724 Solutions Inc., and Johnson & Johnson Medical Products. She holds an HBA and MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario and her CPA/CMA designation. Her interests include yoga, golf, skiing, and spending time with her family.

Marvin’s responsibilities include cash flow management and financial accounting, as well as overseeing the reporting and management of subsidiary companies. Marvin started his career with Ernst & Whinney, Chartered Accountants and has since been involved in the hair care industry for over 25 years. Marvin is currently the Chief Financial Officer of Operations at Lynx. In his free time Marvin enjoys going to the cottage, spending time with his family, and running on the treadmill just enough to keep up with his pet gecko.

Rick joined Lynx in April 2019 as Lead Operations Manager and was promoted to COO in April 2023. As COO Rick, along with the operations team is responsible for working with the management teams of portfolio companies to maximize productivity, revenue, and EBITDA. Rick has over 30 years' experience in operations, engineering, and management. Prior to joining Lynx, he was the managing partner of Correct Mold and he also worked for General Motors and Tier 1 automotive suppliers. Rick received a Bachelor's of Engineering from Ryerson Polytechnic Institute in 1992. In his spare time, Rick enjoys cycling, skiing, and spending time with family and friends.

Petra Greenbaum joined Lynx in 2025 and currently serves as the Chief Marketing Officer. In this role, she is responsible for leading the strategic planning and execution of marketing initiatives for Lynx and its portfolio companies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition and business growth. Prior to joining Lynx, Petra held leadership roles with several companies including Plan Canada, Sears Canada, Manulife Financial, Signature Vacations, and most recently Minto Group. She brings expertise in digital marketing and transformation, customer experience, brand strategy and data insights. Petra holds an MBA and a BBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University, with a concentration in Marketing and Finance. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, travelling, playing tennis and practicing yoga.

Hartley joined Lynx as Corporate Counsel in March 2019. Prior to joining Lynx, he was a Partner in the Business Law Group at Minden Gross LLP. His practice concentrated on corporate/commercial law, with an emphasis on corporate governance matters and corporate meetings. Hartley has been involved in major sales and acquisitions of private corporations, complex shareholders agreements, and corporate reorganizations. He is an avid Sherlock Holmes and mystery story fan and has written books on Sherlock Holmes and Jack the Ripper.

Judith has been involved as an investor and advisor with Lynx Equity Limited since its founding in 2007, and with its predecessor, Succession Capital Corporation, since its founding in 2000. Prior to joining Lynx’s Management Team she was an active member of the advisory board, raising capital and advising on corporate strategy and growth. In her current role, Judith contributes to the development of Lynx’s corporate strategy, identifies opportunities that advance the growth of Lynx and its portfolio companies, and raises capital. In addition, she leads turnaround projects of individual subsidiaries in transition, providing strategic, operational and financial direction to improve and stabilize their performance. Judith has a BSc from Boston University and an LL.B/J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School where she won the Harold J. Rubenstein Prize in Civil Liberties. She practiced corporate/commercial law as an associate at the Toronto firm of Lafleur Brown and as Corporate Counsel at the skincare company, The Body Shop (Canada). Throughout her career she has started and been involved with numerous small businesses and entrepreneurial projects and has been a value investor in public and private companies. Judith is devoted to her friends, family and dog and is passionate about organizations and initiatives that advance global animal welfare and international human rights.

Ashley joined Lynx in 2012, focused on developing its marketing department. In her current role, she works closely with all Lynx departments to ensure the overall growth and success of Lynx’s European portfolio. This includes financing, banking, audit, operations, and a strong focus on sourcing and executing acquisitions. Before joining Lynx, Ashley worked for a variety of Canadian fashion businesses in roles related to management and buying. She earned her B.A. from Concordia University in Urban Studies and a Graduate Diploma in Management, with a concentration in Marketing, from McGill University. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, playing tennis, and spending time with friends and family.

Michele is responsible for all aspects of Human Resources at Lynx’s head office, and acts as a resource to the management and staff at the subsidiary companies. Michele develops policies, procedures, best practices, job descriptions, and employment contracts. As well, she oversees recruitment and selection, benefits management, staff restructuring, staff relations, and incident investigations. Michele has over 20 years of management experience, throughout which she has gained a valuable amount of practical HR experience. Prior to joining the Lynx team, Michele held positions of increasing responsibility at Grand River Toys and Ashton Green. Michele has obtained her degree in Human Resource Management from Ryerson University. Michele enjoys personal fitness, entertaining (including hosting cooking challenges), and participating in extreme activities that take her out of her comfort zone.

Cindy joined the Lynx Management Team in January 2013 to lead and expand the Investor Relations Department. As Executive Vice President of Investor Relations, Cindy is responsible for capital raising, managing Lynx’s investor portfolio, relationship management between current and prospective investors, as well as representing Lynx to all investors. She manages the entire investment process including investor communications, and the preparation of all loan agreements. Cindy received her LL.B (now JD) in 1990 from Osgoode Hall Law School. After her call to the Bar in 1992, she practised family law at Torkin, Manes, Cohen and Arbus. In 1997, the Dean of Osgoode Hall Law School invited her to take on the role of Director of Alumni Affairs, acting as a liaison between the Law School and Osgoode’s extensive alumni. Subsequently she was an independent legal consultant and executive recruiter. In her free time, Cindy enjoys traveling, scuba diving, learning to play piano, and spending time with her family.

Frank, a senior corporate and tax lawyer with over 55 years of experience, joined Lynx as Corporate Counsel in February 2023, while continuing to practice as an independent corporate and tax lawyer, acting primarily for entrepreneurial, owner-operated businesses. Frank's responsibilities with Lynx include overseeing all M&A and financing transactions, as well as monitoring Lynx's other day-to-day legal requirements. Frank's background includes a broad spectrum of business and tax services to institutional, small, and midsized business clients, involving negotiation of complex multiparty agreements, high-value acquisitions, divestitures and financings, tax planning for owner-operated businesses, cross-border transfer pricing, shareholder disputes and corporate governance. Frank has served as a director of a number of insurance companies, a large captive finance corporation, and several large private corporations and is currently a director of a Canadian reinsurance company, serving on its audit and conduct review committees. For 15 years, until 2025, he served as the non-executive corporate secretary of one of Canada's mortgage insurance companies. Apart from teaching his grandchildren how to fish for bass and walleye, Frank's passion for many years has been duplicate bridge, having retired from scuba diving and skiing.

Steve’s role at Lynx includes managing the external financial reporting, tax compliance, internal audit, and due diligence validation for the Lynx group of companies. Prior to joining Lynx, Steve has over 15 years of public accounting experience assisting mid-size private companies with all its business advisory, accounting, and tax needs. Steve is active in his local community and has previously served as Treasurer and on the Board of a local synagogue. In his spare time, he enjoys playing softball, cycling, and spending time with his family.

Jennifer oversees cash flow management for Lynx and its subsidiary companies. She also assists with sourcing bank financing for new acquisitions and manages day-to-day banking needs. Jennifer is a graduate of McMaster University with an Honours Bachelor of Commerce, and is a member of Women in Capital Markets, a leading professional association for Canadian women in finance with a special emphasis on the role and development of women. In her free time, Jennifer enjoys spending weekends at the cottage and taking her black lab to the beach.

Richard joined Lynx in October 2019 as Vice President of IT & Security. In his role, Richard provides the IT vision, strategy and leadership for Lynx and its subsidiary companies, focusing on security and best practices. Richard has over 25 years' experience in security, solution architecture, IT operations and leadership across a number of industries, including internet technologies, mobility, insurance and non-profit. After gaining experience in support, operations and development, Richard, spent over 10 years with BlackBerry, building out organizational capability in the web, solution and security architecture spaces. In his spare time, Richard enjoys golf, travel and spending time with family.

Mae joined Lynx in July of 2023. As Vice President of Operations, Mae spearheads key operational initiatives for Lynx and its subsidiaries. Prior to joining Lynx, as a founding member of a consumer goods e-commerce company, Mae served in multiple executive roles including COO and CEO. Graduating from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo with a BS, Mae brings over 12 years of experience in marketing, leadership, and change management in the online consumer goods space. In her free time Mae enjoys playing pickleball, birding, and time with family.

Mujtaba joined Lynx in September 2017. As Vice President of M&A, he is responsible for the overall acquisition strategy, identifying investment targets and leading the transaction process across the North American portfolio. In addition, he serves as the head of Lynx Flooring, a top-five nationally consolidated flooring group, where he works collaboratively with the management teams to scale and optimize the businesses. Mujtaba graduated from University of Toronto with a BBA, specializing in Finance & Economics. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, golf, and cooking.

Kristina joined Lynx in March of 2023 as Director of Revenue. She is responsible for developing sales strategies to grow sales revenue and improve the profitability of Lynx’s subsidiaries. Prior to joining Lynx, Kristina was a founding member of a technology startup where she served as VP of Revenue overseeing global revenues. Kristina brings more than 10+ years of experience from the technology sector where she focused on customer experience, account management, sales, and overall revenue growth. In her free time, Kristina enjoys time outside, fitness, new experiences, and spending time with loved ones.

Andrew joined Lynx's HR Team in March 2020. As Senior Human Resources Manager, Andrew provides human resources support to our head office and all of our subsidiary companies. A former teacher in Taiwan, Andrew transitioned to the field of human resources in 2014 and has been gaining progressive experience ever since. A true generalist and business partner, Andrew enjoys all aspects of the field and is keen to draw on both his current skillset as well as take on new challenges. In his free time, Andrew enjoys traveling as well as spending time with his wife and their dog.

Ted joined Lynx in July 2019 and became responsible for facilitating continuous improvement opportunities and helping address business challenges in our portfolio companies. Prior to joining our team, Ted worked in the print industry for 15 years in a variety of roles in a sole proprietor company and a multinational. Ted brings direct experience in lease management, pricing, procurement, inventory control, logistics, team management, business process analysis, operations strategy and change management. In his spare time, Ted enjoys travel, cooking, fitness and trying new things.

Maria joined Lynx in May 2018 and is responsible for overseeing cash flow management for Lynx and its subsidiary companies. Maria is also responsible for full-cycle accounting within the Lynx organization and various investor relations duties. Maria graduated from York University with an Honours Bachelor of Commerce with a specialization in Accounting. Maria received her CPA designation from the CPA Ontario PEP program. In her spare time, Maria enjoys cooking, fitness, and spending time with family.

Jenti joined Lynx in June 2023 as Accounting Assistant. In her current role as Acting Treasury Manager, Jenti is responsible for various accounting tasks, including accounts payable, transactions posting and reconciling accounts. She graduated from SUNY Empire State University with honours and received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree. In her free time, she enjoys reading, baking, art, and spending time with family and friends.

Denys joined Lynx in January 2019. He is responsible for accounting, taxation, and reporting for many of the Lynx portfolio companies. Denys began his career as a tax consultant with Deloitte and later held accounting positions in various industries. Denys has his CPA designation; he is also a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) in the UK. In his spare time, Denys likes sports, traveling, and spending time with friends.

Jordan joined the Lynx team in May 2023 as Portfolio Operations and Accounting Manager. In his role, he is responsible for analyzing and monitoring the financial and operational progress of the portfolio companies and implementing plans for continuous improvement. After graduating from Queens Commerce in 2019 and earning his CPA designation, Jordan worked at Deloitte LLP prior to starting his own successful business. His wealth of experience uniquely positions him to facilitate operational improvements with a strong emphasis on financial reporting. He possesses a deep understanding of business systems and processes, honed through his experience in both the corporate and entrepreneurial spheres. Jordan is an avid collector of vinyl records, enjoys playing sports, and travelling.

Alan joined Lynx in October 2022 as Technical Support Specialist. He is responsible for the security, maintenance, and support of the data and technology for Lynx and its subsidiaries. Alan has over 7 years of professional IT experience focusing on IT administration, software development, and project coordination. In his free time, Alan enjoys traveling, hiking, and kayaking.

Lorna joined Lynx’s HR team in June 2023. As a Human Resources Manager, Lorna provides HR support to our head office and portfolio companies. Prior to joining Lynx, Lorna worked in various HR roles in the non-profit and tech sectors in Ireland and Canada. Born and raised in Ireland, Lorna moved to Canada in 2018. Lorna is a graduate from Dublin Business School, earning a MA in Human Resources Management. Outside of work, Lorna enjoys going to live music shows, travelling, biking, and trying new restaurants in the city.

Julie joined Lynx in March 2019. She is responsible for the preparation of monthly comparative combined financial statements for portfolio companies, managing the consolidation and reconciliations of financial information, monthly analysis of financial health ratios, assisting in quarter and year-end preparation, and financing projects. Julie also works with the M&A team sourcing deals, building financial and budget models, and assisting in due diligence financial and operational analysis. Julie is a graduate from McMaster University with an Honours Economics Degree and is a CFA Level II Candidate. Prior to joining Lynx, Julie worked in the Finance/Operations department at WayPay Inc., managing accounts and client on-boarding. Julie enjoys golfing, time up north, and most importantly, spending time with family and friends in her free time.

Rongel joined Lynx in June of 2024, as an Operational Improvement Specialist. In this role Rongel is responsible for collaborating with portfolio company leaders to drive operational excellence through continuous improvement initiatives. Prior to joining Lynx, Rongel was in the 3PL Industry, as a Process Excellence Engineer with projects focusing on value creation and process improvement along with providing informal training, coaching and mentoring to site leaders and associates. Rongel also worked in the manufacturing industry as a Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement Engineer with focus on process standardization, quality control, and process design. Rongel received a Bachelors of Engineering from Ryerson University and his Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from the University of Toronto. In his spare time enjoys the outdoors with friends through mountain biking, cycling, golf and paddleboarding.

Jonathan joined Lynx in August 2018. As Business Development Specialist, Jonathan assists with preliminary fundraising in the United States. He graduated with a BBA from the University of Colorado in 2005. Prior to joining Lynx, he owned and operated an athletic training facility in San Diego, California. He started his business in 2009 by developing programs for student and professional athletes to achieve success at the highest level of their sport. After 9 years in San Diego, he sold the business to join Lynx. Jonathan enjoys volunteering for the community and helping organizations like Habitat for Humanity, Father Joe’s Villages in San Diego, The Boys and Girls Club, and The American Cancer Society. Some of his favorite hobbies include sports, cooking, and cars.

Daniel Yunes joined Lynx in January 2026 as an Accounting Systems and Process Specialist. In his role, he is responsible for financial reporting, streamlining processes, and supporting operational efficiency across the organization. He brings a strong analytical mindset and a passion for continuous improvement to his role. Daniel graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University in 2019 and has since built a solid foundation in accounting and advisory services through his experience at BDO in Due Diligence and PwC in Consulting. His background has provided him with a broad perspective on financial operations, business systems, and process optimization. Outside of work, Daniel enjoys hiking, travelling, and performing comedy.

Initially contributing to Lynx’s Mergers & Acquisitions department as a summer student in 2019 and 2020, Josh returned to Lynx on a full-time basis in 2026 as the Senior Investor Relations Associate. In this role, Josh’s primary responsibilities are to raise capital, expand and strengthen our Investor Relations Department, as well as assisting with Operations. Josh received an HBA from the Ivey Business School at Western University in 2019, followed by a JD from Queen’s University in 2022. Josh completed articling at Linde Canada Inc. in 2023, subsequently transitioning to the role of Legal Counsel from 2023-2026. Josh is a life-long sports fan and avid golfer whose hobbies include piano, guitar, and wildlife photography.

Denys joined Lynx in August 2022 as an M&A Analyst after completing an internship in the department. He is responsible for sourcing and analyzing deal opportunities. In his role, Denys performs financial and organizational due diligence, as well as research in market competition and market size. Prior to joining Lynx, Denys worked at KPMG and began his studies for the Level 2 CFA Exam. He graduated from the University of Northern British Columbia with a Bachelor of Commerce, specializing in Finance. In his free time, Denys enjoys working on cars, hiking, and weightlifting .

Owen Joined Lynx in May 2024 after completing an internship with Lynx’s Marketing and Revenue teams. As a Revenue Operations Lead, Owen is responsible for implementing strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and profitability across Lynx’s subsidiaries. Prior to joining Lynx, Owen worked for Black & McDonald’s Utility Division, helping to manage infrastructure projects across Ontario. He is a graduate from McMaster University with an Honours Bachelor of Commerce Degree. Outside of work, Owen enjoys playing golf, backcountry canoe trips in Algonquin Park, and painting miniatures.

Laura joined Lynx in January 2022 as Business Liaison. In her role, Laura oversees special projects, the internship program, monthly investor reports, company gifting, and Lynx’s "Giving Back" initiative. Prior to joining Lynx, Laura spent the majority of her career in the service industry - most recently finishing ten years with Porter Airlines Inc. Laura has recently decided to enter the private equity space and pivot towards finance: focusing on special projects and working with the subsidiaries of Lynx. Outside of work, Laura's interests include travel, animals, music, fitness, and figure skating.

Nicholas joined Lynx in August 2022 as an M&A Analyst after completing summer internships at Lynx in 2017, 2020, and 2022. As an Senior M&A Analyst, he is responsible for sourcing deals, building financial & budget models, and due diligence analysis. Nicholas graduated from Queen’s University with a Bachelor of Science, with a Specialization in Life Science. Outside of work, Nicholas’ interests include travelling, mountain biking, fitness, and spending time with friends and family.

Ron joined Lynx in 2025 as an M&A Analyst. In his current role, he is responsible for sourcing acquisition opportunities, conducting financial modeling, and performing due diligence analysis. Before joining Lynx, Ron spent five years in the business consulting division of a full-service CPA firm, where he specialized in private equity opportunities, M&A advisory and execution, and strategic business consulting. He holds a degree in Economics from Queen’s University and brings a unique perspective to his work. Outside of the office, Ron enjoys traveling, fitness, hockey, golf, and classic cars.

Nick joined Lynx in 2025 as an Analyst on the M&A team, where he is responsible for sourcing deals, building financial and budget models, conducting due diligence analysis, and supporting portfolio company operations. Prior to joining Lynx, Nick gained experience in private equity and asset management through internships at Brookfield Asset Management and Aedalus Asset Management. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Financial Management, bringing strong skills in financial modeling and market research. Coming from a third-generation family-owned roofing business, Nick developed a deep appreciation for entrepreneurship and long-term value creation. Outside of work, Nick enjoys golfing, traveling to visit family in Italy, cooking, weightlifting, and listening to his favorite band, The Tragically Hip.

Armin joined Lynx in September 2024 as an intern with the M&A and Finance teams. In his current role as Finance & Accounting Analyst, Armin is responsible for various finance and accounting projects including Cash Advances, Financial Consolidation, and Year End/Audit Support. He graduated from the University of Western Ontario with an HBA from the Ivey School of Business. In his free time he enjoys reading, sports, and going on camping trips.

Lucas joined Lynx full time in March 2024 after completing a 7-month internship. As Digital Operations Improvement Lead, he drives initiatives across the firm focused on workflow optimization, process automations, software development and the integration of AI and technology-based solutions to support both head office and portfolio company performance. Prior to joining Lynx, Lucas worked in the technology and distribution industries, gaining hands-on experience in systems and operations. In his free time, he enjoys travelling, spending time with friends, and training in Brazilian jiu jitsu.

Henrique, is a cybersecurity graduate from Conestoga College with over a decade's worth of IT experience. Originally from Brazil, he moved to Canada with his family in 2021. Experienced in IT support, cybersecurity and governance, he worked for IBM and Sicoob Creciditrus, the largest credit union in Brazil. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, seeing new places and learning more about Canadian culture.

Sabrine graduated with distinction from business school in Belgium, with a specialization in marketing. She began her career with TripAdvisor/The Fork, where she gained expertise in the B2B sector. Later she gained experience in the banking sector as well, particularly in customer service and investment consulting. Now Sabrine brings this expertise to support in her role as Office Manager and Executive Assistant with Lynx. In her free time, Sabrine enjoys travelling, reading, learning, and spending time with friends and family.

Danielle Merana joined Lynx in 2024 and currently serves as the Human Resources Coordinator. In this role, she supports the recruitment process, manages onboarding and offboarding, and assists the HR team with various needs. Prior to joining Lynx, Danielle worked as a Human Resources Assistant for two years at a kitchen equipment and supplies company. She recently graduated from McMaster University’s Human Resources Management Program. In her free time, Danielle enjoys giving back to the community and spending time with her loved ones.

Laura joined the Lynx's HR Team in April 2026 (Maternity Leave Coverage). As Human Resources Coordinator, Laura supports recruitment, coordinates onboarding and offboarding processes and provides general assistance to the HR team. Prior to Lynx, Laura obtained her Human Resource Management Certificate in 2023 from Sheridan College. Laura started her HR career at a Logistics & Freight Forwarding company as a Human Resources Administrator. Previously Laura completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Child & Youth Care from Toronto Metropolitan University. Laura worked in the school board as a Child & Youth Counsellor and Educational Assistant. Outside of work, Laura loves spending time with her loved ones, including her dog Oliver, exploring new restaurants and baking.

Elli joined Lynx Equity in October 2025 as a Marketing Intern. In her current role as Marketing Coordinator, she coordinates marketing initiatives and campaigns, supports digital marketing channels and contributes to reporting and analytics that inform data-driven decisions. Prior to Lynx, Elli gained marketing experience through internships in the consumer goods, technology, and athletics industries. She recently graduated from UC San Diego with a degree in Business Economics and a minor in Sociology. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, skiing, drawing, and spending time with friends and family.

On October 25, 2020 we lost a valued member of our Lynx family. Cesar was a wonderful colleague and dear friend to everyone at our office, and also to those in the extended Lynx family who had the pleasure of knowing him. Cesar will always be missed, but never forgotten.
